How quickly will the cremation take place, and when will my pet's remains be returned to me?
Royal will make every effort to pick up your cherished pet from your local veterinarian or home the same day we are contacted. We also try to ensure that the cremation is completed within 12 hours of your pet's arrival at our facility. Royal will personally return your pet's remains to you or your veterinarian promptly — usually the next day.

Can I transport my pet to you myself?
Absolutely, you may bring your pet to our facility if you choose to do so. Some pet owners find it theraputic to provide some aftercare themselves. Whether your pet dies at home or at a clinic, you are welcome to take an active role in the process. However, if you prefer, we will be happy to transport your pet.

In what type of container will my pet's remains be returned?
Our private cremation fee includes returning the remains to the pet owner in a durable metal container designed for this purpose. Many pet owners opt for a formal, more decorative urn. Royal stocks many popular urns, and offers a wide variety of custom ordered items. Please see our products page for additional information.
